The results for the last day of the Maclean ladies tennis summer competition were as follows: Donovan (33 games, 4 sets) had a very close match against Harrington (36 games, also 4 sets); McAulay (32 games, 3 sets) defeated Neill (24 games, 3 sets), the teams being down a player were still able to play 4 sets each with plenty of tennis. The lucky winner of the bucket of Easter eggs and décor container was a very happy Sam.

The winners of the summer competition were: Neill’s team of Anne, Jo, Kim, and Wendy D.B; next came McAulay’s, then Harrington’s and Donovan’s. Thank you to the ladies who were able to fill in when required.

This next Thursday will be a social day and anyone who would love a game of tennis is invited to join us from 8.45am. The Thursday after, that is ANZAC day so there will be no tennis. The following Thursday will also still be social, so a good opportunity for practice and finding out about the details of the next competition, beginning the following Thursday.
