At our Annual General Meeting held on Saturday July 6 we were pleased to have in attendance Robyn and John Rooth from Red Cross Woolgoolga.  Robyn came to oversee the election of the new committee for 2019/2020, and we thank both Robyn and John for visiting us. 

The elected committee is: 1st liaison officer – Annette Callaghan; secretary – Janet Mathews and the treasurer is Maureen Cunningham. 

After the AGM we continued on with our general meeting where we discussed the proposed visit to the museum Remember When in August. Arrangements for the visit will be advised at a later date in the local newspapers. 

Blood donor days will be Monday July 29 from 2pm – 6.30pm and Tuesday July 30 from 10am – 2pm at the Yamba Bowlo. Please register with the Lismore Blood Bank as walk-ins could be turned away. 

After our meeting eight members joined Robyn and John for lunch at the Pacific Hotel.
