Lucky the rain held off last Thursday so our finals could be played, with winners McAulay beating Dredge, and 3rd place going to Harrington after they defeated O’Brien’s. Everyone enjoyed their lunch and presentation held at the Top Pub following the finals. The raffle was won by Prue (voucher at Harvey Norman). Social tennis continues during the school holidays. Next comp will start Thursday July 20 and teams are as follows: Binge – Allison, Jo & Jenny W. Dredge – Kay, Lynda & Connie. Hayman – Philippa, Jenny Mc & Carol. Harrington – Prue, Jenny G & Sue C. McAulay – Sue, Vanessa & Sharon. Parker – Monica, Julie G & Wendy D-B. Schwerdt – Di, Wendy O’B & Kim. Please remember it is an 8.30am start, this comp first on the court will be the 2 & 3’s.
