Tania Lowe cleans up in Yamba Wednesday Stroke round

Wednesday’s Stroke round at Yamba, had a field of 53.

Results

Div 1: Tana Lowe was gross and nett winner (72 / 83) and Kathy Parker was nett r/up and winner of the putting (72 / 30 putts).

Div 2: Di Sigle was the nett and gross winner (73 and 99). Julie Campbell was the nett r/up and also won the putting (75 / 33 putts).

Div 3: was a closely fought out affair between Sandra Russo and Jane Anderson, both on 77. Sandra was deemed winner on countback. Joan Berry was nett r/up and Lesley Love won the putting (31 putts).

Balls awarded to 79 c/b.

The nine-hole competition winner, in a field of 15, was Stephany Moreton with her impressive score of 19pts. Great to see you back in the competition Stephany. Carol Miller was the 17th NTP winner.

Friday’s August 5 was a 4/6 Single Par event had a field of 44 finishers out of an original field of 46.

Div 1: Daphne Hinshaw came home victorious to win (+3) with Mary Hogan following closely (+2).

Div 2: There was little between the scores. Sue Wilson (+3 c/b) was the winner and Lynne Donsworth (+3 c/b) was r/up. Div 3: Barbara Roberts (+5 c/b) and r/up, Gayle Stanfield, (+5) were the two best scorers in Div 3. Gayle also managed a birdie on the 13th from 106m out. Balls were awarded to +1. NTP winners were: Flots and Jets 3rd: Fay Gimenez; Valley Finance 3rd (2nd): Lynne Donsworth; SeaFire Restaurant 9th (2nd): Daphne Hinshaw; Kitchen to Table 10th: Fay Gimenez; Peter Campbell Physio 10th (2nd): Joan Berry; Amie Rose Beauty 12th: Fay Gimenez; Nicholson Fine Foods 17th: NA and Yamba Pharmacy 17th (2nd): Jen O’Neill.

Seven ladies played Single Stableford last Saturday. Winning the day was Gwynne Thomas (36pts) and r/up was Tana Lowe (32pts). Gwynne also won the NTP sponsored by SeaFire Restaurant.
