Piano and guitar students to shine in 2022 Downriver Spectacular Concerts

The ‘Downriver Spectacular’ is an annual end-of-year concert featuring primary school guitar, piano and choir students from all over the lower Clarence. Spread over two concerts on Saturday December 17, the Conservatorium students will have the opportunity to perform for family, friends and the entire community.

The piano students of Greta Enns will begin the afternoon at 4pm with a Christmas piano concert that will feature solos, carols and some duets. The students have been working hard to prepare their performances especially for this concert and will entertain us all.

At 6.30pm the guitar and choir students of Ryan Enns will take the stage to showcase the songs they’ve been learning this year. The young musicians will perform a slew of well-known pop songs, some classic rock tunes and a Christmas tune or two.

Everyone is welcome to come along and show their support to the next generations of musicians and to provide the students with an appreciative audience.

The performances will take place on Saturday December 17 with the piano students performing at 4pm and the guitar and choir students at 6.30pm at the Yamba Golf and Country Club. Admission is free for everyone.
