The Maclean Lower Clarence Hospital Auxiliary is holding a Monster Garage Sale on Saturday, January 21 at the RSL hall in Church Street, Yamba. Don’t expect too many monsters to be on sale but there will be lots of other goods including clothing, cakes, household goods, plants, books and various knick-knacks. Doors will be open from 7am until there are no more customers. Members and anyone else who would like to donate goods are asked to take them to the hall on Friday between 1pm and 4pm. As usual, all proceeds will go towards purchasing the latest equipment for Maclean District Hospital. The stall at MacMarkets Day was well patronised and a total of $865 was raised. The raffle was won by Gordon Bush with ticket 90037 and second prize went to Una Mackay, ticket 62966. Thank you to everyone who bought goods and/or raffle tickets. Maggie Combley
