Clarence Valley Council has announced the appointment of Jamie Fleeting to the position of director works & civil.

General manager, Ashley Lindsay said, “I am delighted to welcome Jamie to the Clarence Valley. He joins us after 7 years with Ballina Shire Council and before that as a project engineer working on various M1 Pacific Motorway projects including the Ballina Bypass”.

“His extensive experience covers the full lifecycle of engineering projects; from concept design and cost estimation through to detailed design and construction project management,” said Mr Lindsay

The director of works & civil is responsible for managing and overseeing civil services, water cycle, open spaces and facilities. Mr Fleeting will commenced his role on Monday July 13.
