Mindful Moments

Thich Nhat Hanh said, “To be beautiful means to be yourself. You don’t need to be accepted by others. You need to accept yourself.” Why compare yourself with others? No one in the world can do a better job of being you, than you. When you accept yourself the way you are right now, new possibilities in your life begin to surface. No longer will you have the fear of what people think. I believe the fear of what people think is the biggest fear in the world today. It stops multitudes of people from taking that first step on their road to fulfilling their purpose. Be Mindful… Pause… Connect!
