May require an anthropologist

Ed, After a good look at published letters in both of the Clarence Valley’s widely read newspapers I am moved to conclude that early settlement hostility between the upper and lower river communities was strong enough to maintain to the present day, hence the present mess created by the immediate past government. May I suggest to the Honorable Paul Tool that he obtain the advice of a qualified anthropologist before he makes any final decision on the future of the Clarence Valley Council. Thomas Macindoe, Yamba
