Making an extra effort

Just wanted to say thank you for the lovely presentation of the special day we held for our member Betty Essex.
The article was presented beautifully and though I haven’t seen her yet since viewing this issue, I know she will be quite teary and absolutely thrilled.
It seems you always make an extra effort for us where you can and it is very much appreciated by all our membership.
