Maclean Bowling Club held a Family Fun Day on Sunday, April 3 on the Club’s top green. The day was a great success with over 150 people attending to enjoy a day on the Club’s green with a range of activities including putt putt golf, barefoot bowls, sumo wrestling bouts, jumping castle, sausage sizzle and spit roast. Darren Ford provided live entertainment and the Maclean Bowling Club’s Kids Club also offered free face painting and activities for the littlies. $600 was raised on the day which will be donated to the Clarence Valley Family and Domestic Violence Committee for the Clarence River Women’s Refuge.
