Wednesday July 29 was a lovely day for golf and 25 ladies turned out to play in the single Stableford. It is good to see some of the “sick and injured” returning and our very welcome winter visitors are with us again. Our sponsor for the day Laurice, brought home the best score with a handy 41 points. The raffle was won by Brenda Kay. There were some impressive chip ins and Faye made a late run with chip ins on 16th, 17th and a par 5 on the 18th , but Brenda held out to beat her by one point.
