All accolades to the cast and crew of the Clarence Coast Theatrical Society’s ‘The Little Mermaid’, now playing at Maclean Civic Hall.

Given the severe limitations of the old Civic Hall (backstage, acoustics, seating, ventilation etc) the Society’s performance was just wonderful. With a talented young cast, superb costuming, great singing, choreography and sets, it is certainly a credit to all concerned. It’s a great pity that we do not have our new performing arts hall yet so that a quality production like this can be properly presented.

Do yourself a favour, there’s still three more performances to go this coming weekend to catch it!
