Grafton Art Club

Grafton Art Club recently held their 51st annual art exhibition at The Barn in the Showground, during Jacaranda week. It was opened by Scott Flynn who is a GAC patron. We can only stage this large art show each year because of the generous donations from our sponsors and patrons. Through your newspaper, can we please thank the following:

Sandy and Jamie at Color Perfect stayed cheerful throughout all our printing needs.

We would also like to thank the public who came to see the exhibition and bought raffle tickets during the busy Jacaranda week. In addition, the People’s Choice was won by Julianne Gosper for “Majestic Queen,” the lucky door prize was won by Karl Rubli and the three raffle paintings were won by Bev L. Pattenden, Rob Jordan and Andrew Zngler.

There is currently another, different exhibition by Grafton Art Club members called “River of Islands” in the foyer of the Grafton Library, as part of the 53 Islands celebration.
