The Maclean Veteran Golfers recently held a very successful week of golf at the Maclean Golf Club with players coming from as far away as New Zealand. The president, Bob Harvey, presented Sandra Bradbury, president of the Maclean Lower Clarence Hospital Auxiliary, with a cheque for $1000 from the money raised during the week. Mr Harvey and treasurer Mr Hamilton said they were really appreciative of the work the auxiliary does as all money raised in our community goes directly towards buying equipment for Maclean District Hospital.
