Motorists are now able to pass the site of a fallen tree on the Gwydir Highway at Gibraltar Range between Grafton and Glen Innes.

The highway was closed in both directions near Mulligans Drive, but one lane is now open under stop/slow traffic control.

Motorists are advised to take care through the area as crews are still working to reopen all lanes of the highway.
