If the answer is yes, you may be eligible for a Clarence Valley Council (CVC) Special Event Sponsorship program.

Round One applications for events taking place between August 2023 and February 2024 are currently open and close on 30 April. Round Two applications for events taking place between February 2024 and July 2024 will be open from 01 September and 31 October.

Nymboida Camping and Canoeing Incorporated was among the successful applicants in Round Two of the 2022/23 program, receiving $10,000 towards the 2023 Nymboida Camp Oven Festival – a feast for the senses in the beautiful surrounds of Nymboida Camping and Canoeing Centre on June 9-12.

A total of $29,000 in sponsorship funding to 11 community organisations was announced at the Council meeting in February, estimated to bring in approximately 12,810 day visitors and 6,620 overnight visitors, and contributing around $5,013,330 to our local economy. Source CVC Communications
