Lower Clarence Cricket Association cricketers, (l-r) Anika Learoyd (Harwood), Taquayla Dawson (Woodford Island) and Alyssa Luland (Harwood), who are in North Coast Female Cricket Academy’s training program, participated in the Cricket NSW Pathways program at Harwood cricket field over the weekend. “All three girls showed great improvement and growth during the academy’s program,” the academy’s coordinator Grace McDonald said. “Each one of them showing great touch with the bat and ball, as well as fantastic efforts in their fitness, strength and conditioning. “All of them proving themselves as exciting candidates heading into selections for the NSW Women’s Country Championships.”
