Ed, I am in receipt of a survey form that will be forwarded to all CVC ratepayers. Considering the well displayed disharmony that seems to have become entrenched in the present elected body I cannot see that this suggestion is of much value. To restore some faith in the system I think it would be in the long term interest if the Minister responsible replaced the present elected body with an administrator until such time as deemed necessary to correct the present destabilized situation.
