As Ensemble in Residence at Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University, Ensemble Q is the culmination of decades developing and refining chamber music practice in Australia and brings together a collective of Australia’s leading chamber and new music exponents as creators, presenters and mentors.

Directed by Paul Dean and Trish O’Brien, Ensemble Q is at the very heart of the future of music making in Australia and combines performance excellence, the promotion and creation of new music and extant Australian works, and providing the opportunity for unique career pathways for Australia’s most gifted young chamber musicians. With strong international connections, Ensemble Q is making a significant contribution to international partnerships and mentorships.
