Ed, Again (on 738 radio) the Premier blames Labor for the loss of a safe seat. His government doesn’t value country people and was deservedly punished. As an ex teacher I saw the theatrics of the Education Minister as disgusting. Why do taxpayers living in the country, with no public transport pay for Sydney’s public transport? To leave Yamba, do shopping etc I need a car. I subsidise Sydney transport and pay unavoidable fuel taxes. Getting screwed by governments is not fun. For travel to Sydney the train is more expensive than planes. It is no wonder that the Shooters, One Nation, the cross benchers etc are elected. Feedback on ABC radio after the Premier’s interview wasn’t flattering. The Premier needs to respond. Steven Jenner, Yamba
