The popular Anglican Playgroups will recommence for 2016 in the first week of February. These playgroups are for any toddler, their parent, grandparent or carer, and a safe environment is provided for the toddlers. Snacks and morning teas will be provided and there will be lots of fun and interesting activities for the youngsters. This is also an opportunity for the parent/carer to talk with others in a similar situation. All we ask is a gold coin donation. In Yamba the Playgroup will commence on Wednesday, February 3 at All Saints Anglican Parish Centre at the corner of Yamba and Church Streets from 9.30am to 11.30am. The Maclean Playgroup will be at St. James Anglican Parish Centre at 15 Wharf Street, Maclean on Thursday February 4, from 9.30am to 11.30am. These playgroups were a great success last year and we are sure any participant will enjoy the time with others. The ‘grandparents’ at each Centre will be running these Playgroups and each ‘grandparent’ has a had a police check.
