Ed, I wonder who the person is who keeps acquiring cats and then abandoning them in the Wharf St/Kerry Pde area? Worse, they are either too lazy or too mean to have them neutered. The fourth one has turned up in Bent St starving and uncared for. It is a pale silvery tabby. Anyone know it? It is time it was made illegal, except for breeders, to own unneutered cats or dogs.
