YES to traffic lights

Maybe Mr Bradbury (CVI 29/8/18) hasn’t travelled out of Yamba over the past few years otherwise he would have noticed the 12 sets of traffic lights in Coffs Harbour not to mention the numerous sets of traffic lights in Ballina.
Both of those areas have prospered not gone backwards in any way shape or form. Yamba will continue to grow with the continued influx of visitors who enjoy our beautiful area; a set of traffic lights will not deter them. I believe the installation of traffic lights at the intersection of Yamba Road and Treelands Drive will make it a safer decision for all concerned especially once the service station is up and running. It would also be the best option when looking at being “Fit for the Future”.
