Yamba parkrun March 26
Male placings:
Mike Lichtwark (SM30-34) of Derek Zoolander Centre for Kids Who Can’t Run Good, was first over the line in 17:16 – first appearance.
An unknown runner was second. An unknown runner was third.
(NOTE: ‘Unknown’ means the runner is either not registered at parkrun or forgot to bring their printed barcode. No barcode no result!)
Current standing in the Men’s annual points competition:
Tom Barnsley 200 pts, Scott Lenton 200 pts, Rick Lindsay 200 pts.
Female placings:
Margot Manning (VW40-44) of Intraining, was first (5th overall) over the line in 19:36 – third time in 3 appearances.
Zoe Christine Manning (JW11-14) of Intraining, was second (7th overall) over the line in 20:19.
Donna Burgess (VW35-39) (Unattached) was third (14th overall) over the line in 21:59 – first appearance.
Current standing in the Women’s annual points competition:
Vicki James 200 pts, Jennie Stevens 200 pts, Jess Causley (Running Mums Australia) 189 pts.

Margot Manning (VW40-44) was graded 80.27% for the time 19:36 (5th overall).
Zoe Christine Manning (JW11-14) was graded 77.36% for the time 20:19 (7th overall).
Sarah Dougherty (VW45-49) was graded 76.47% for the time 20:58 (9th overall).
This week there were 67 runners, of whom 26 were first timers and 14 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 8 different athletics clubs took part.
Yamba parkrun started on 21st March 2015, and since then 617 different runners, including participants from 46 athletics clubs, have completed 1,895 runs covering a total distance of 9,475 km, and there have been 369 new Personal Bests.
The female record is held by Meg Dougherty who ran in a time of 00:18:48 on 2015-09-19 (event number 25).
The male record is held by Hamish Hamilton who ran in a time of 00:16:34 on 2015-04-04 (event number 3).
The Age Grade course record is held by Jim Woodriff who recorded a 84.91% run (20:19) on 21st March 2015 (event number 1).
