Clarence Valley Council (CVC) is preparing to replace the two timber bridges on Sandon Road, Minnie Water, commencing on site on January 30.

A temporary access road has been constructed through the National Park for use by residents of Sandon Road during the construction of the new bridges.

The Minnie Water General Store will remain open as normal during the works. The road closure will commence immediately past the General Store.

CVC plan to get the piled foundations complete for both bridges in February and then focus our resources to get the first bridge (closest to the Minnie Water General Store) complete before the Easter holiday, followed by the second bridge to be completed in May 2023.
