The state of the nation

Ed, The present situation with the state of the coalitions control of government is disturbing. It looks to me as though our latest Prime Minister lacks the ability to unify his parliamentary colleagues, which is really pathetic when faced with an opposition that has been exposed as surrendering its pledge to look after the interests of Australia’s poorer people, while today it looks very much like, from top to bottom, the entire organisation has greedily succumbed to venal temptations.
