The Brewhouse Group is happy to announce Grafton’s newest and most technologically advanced car wash has opened at the Brewhouse Village in North Street.

General Manager Jamie Firth said the $500000 piece of infrastructure will create up to three new jobs for the town and provide a much-needed service which includes separate vacuum bays, a detailing service, and a dog wash.

“Our carwash will thoroughly clean vehicles while minimising the electricity and chemicals used and recycle 85 percent of the water, eliminating the amount of waste back into council’s sewerage system,” Mr Firth said.

“It is brand-new soft touch or touchless technology which is much quieter than those already in operation and dries your car before exiting.

“Not only is it a great environmental outcome, but it will also provide much-needed employment opportunities for Grafton.”

The carwash opened earlier this month and will provide the only service on the north side of the Clarence River.

The carwash will operate between 7am-8pm Monday to Saturday, and from 9am-8pm each Sunday.

The Brewhouse Group has a number of other business opportunities it is planning to bring to Grafton and the Clarence Valley that will provide ongoing employment while offering a range of new services to the area.
