These school holidays the Bowling Green at the Bowlo Sports and Leisure Yamba will look a little different as it is transformed into an ice-skating rink for the school holidays. Skating on real ice is lots of fun and you can try it from September 21 – October 9.  The beginning of the season is usually quieter, so come in early to avoid the crowds.

Tickets are $16 for children (under 18 years), $16 for adults (club members) and $20 for adults (non-members). Penguin skate aids are available to hire for $10 per session. Spectators are welcome to come along for free. 

You don’t have to pre-purchase tickets, but if you do book and pay in advance, it will secure your spot. To pay in advance, you can either use a credit card, transfer cash into our account or call in and see us at Bowlo Sports & Leisure Yamba during operating hours. Walk-ins are welcome if we have the space and the skates to accommodate you, but some sessions do sell out, so come early.

Daily session times are:

Monday to Thursday: 9.30am, 11am, 12.30pm, 3.30pm & 5pm.
Friday and Saturday: 9.30am, 11am, 12.30pm, 3.30pm, 5pm & 7pm.

Sunday: 11am, 12.30pm & 3.30pm.

Some sessions will not be open to the general public due to group bookings. All sessions go for one hour. All session times are subject to change, so keep an eye on ‘Yamba Ice Skating’ on Facebook for the latest updates.
