Lions Club of Maclean is excited that they are now about to re-open the extremely popular 10c ‘Return & Earn’ scheme in Townsend on September 24.

Our new location will be on the same block as the Men’s Shed which is at 130 Jubilee Street Townsend. You will see our large blue container from which we will be counting under our gazebo.

The Return & Earn site has been moved, allowing the Club to have more space for all their customers to be able to park and as well as easier handling for the volunteers who do the fantastic job counting the containers.

Our operating hours at this stage will be:

Saturday 10am – 4pm

Sunday 11am – 3pm

Wednesday 10am – 4pm

For anyone who wants to become either a Maclean Lions member or a Friend of Lions, we will be holding an information night on Monday September 12 at the Maclean Bowls Club at 5 for 5.30.
