The weather has been absolutely glorious, and we have enjoyed playing croquet last week in brilliant sunshine, which has lifted everyone’s spirits and made us appreciate coming together al fresco.

Tuesday highlights: Jump shots – Bon, and Nancy (one each); Hoop to Hoop – Robyn (x 1). 

Thursday highlights: Hoop to Hoop – Nancy (x 1); Jump shots – Nancy (x 1).

Sunday social game: Jump shots – Don, Ann and Peter (one each), Joy (x 2); Hoop to Hoop – Ann (x 2).

Twilight croquet will be commencing Monday October 4 at 3pm to coincide with the implementation of daylight saving. All members and visitors welcome. 

A bistro dinner at a cost is served on a Monday night commencing at 6pm which players are welcome to attend after the game.

Croquet is played each Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday commencing at 8.30am, at the Lawrence Golf and Sports Club. Tuition and equipment provided.
