Police are appealing for information and public assistance regarding the whereabouts of Adele Morrison.

The 78-year-old was last seen leaving a Port Macquarie residence on March 16 around 6am, and it is alleged she planned to travel to Gloucester by car on the same day.

She was driving a red 2017 Toyota Camry with NSW registration plates DSN47R.

Her following movements remain unknown, and she has not been heard from since.

Police and family members are concerned for her welfare due to her age and the weather conditions in the area where she was last seen.
