Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and wishing our members and the community best wishes for a safe New Year and 2021. We have now closed our Pop Up shop in Harveys Arcade and what a success it was, our thanks go Des Harvey for your help with this venture. Our ladies excelled again, all keen to be on the roster and also donating craft and homemade items for sale. They were happy to see some of our loyal customers and warmly welcomed many new customers and received great support from the other shops in the arcade. Our Christmas lunch at the GDSC was a festive occasion and after a very different year it was great to enjoy a lovely lunch together. We also drew our Mothers Day / Christmas raffle; congratulations to all our winners and thank you to those who donated prizes: 1st prize – ticket number 16412; 2nd prize- ticket number 15785; 3rd prize – ticket number 15501; 4th prize – ticket number 16426; 5th prize – ticket number 16454. Our next monthly meeting will be on Monday January 18 at the GDSC commencing at 1pm; please RSVP by Friday 15 to Merrelle 0457 471 999 or Geraldine on 0413 185 872 for catering purposes.
