There were 61 ladies who participated in last Wednesday’s Yamba Coloured Ball event (Single Stableford) and the winning team was Kathy Parker, Lynne Donsworth and Lynne Eke with a score of 36.
The A Grade winner was Mary Hogan (38pts) and the r/up was Janine Zietsch (37pts). Lyn White (38pts c/b) was the B Grade winner and Judy Palich (38pts) was r/up. In C Grade, Susan Boyce (39pts) took out the top spot ahead of Angela Walpole (38pts).

Friday’s Single Stableford field was smaller than usual due to the large number of ladies who had played in the Jacaranda Open Day – 31 players. With only one grade, the best performer was Terri Collingburn who had an excellent score of 40pts. Daphne Hinshaw was r/up with a great score of 39pts, and 2nd r/up was Judy Palich with 38pts c/b. Well done ladies!
Our NTP winners were: Flots and Jets 3rd: Kathy Parker; Valley Finance 3rd (2nd): Colleen Bamback; Peter Campbell Physio 9th (2nd): Margaret Solomon; Kitchen to Table 10th: Daphne Hinshaw; Amie Rose Beauty 12th: Prue Leggoe; Nicholson’s Fine Foods 17th and Yamba Pharmacy 17th (2nd): Lyn White. Balls were awarded to 37 pts.
Nine ladies played in the Single Stableford competition last Saturday morning. Tana Lowe continues to play amazing golf and won with 39 pts. Jane Bonner was r/up (36pts) and Kathy Parker won the NTP.

A large contingent of Yamba Ladies travelled to Grafton to participate in the Jacaranda Open Day. Congratulations to Fay Gimenez who teamed with Lisa Hunt (Grafton) and were Stableford winners (49pts). Barb Roberts/Lynne Eke were runners up (47pts) while Fiona Smart was 5th r/up gross. Jennifer Fagan/Maiva Burnham won NTP. Jenifer Moody, Shellee Clare, Jen O’Neill, Jo King, Jo Simmons and Kathy Lollback won a ball in the rundown.
