Even though the waves started small, the weather was perfect and the swell increased over the morning for some great surfing during our May club round.

A great turnout saw everyone getting in and having their final club practice session before the Yamba Single Fin (take III) on the June long weekend.

The longboard community missed out on ours as well as many longboarding competitions up and down the east coast last year due to Covid, so we are all stoked to be bringing people back to Yamba to showcase this great weekend of longboard surfing into our community, including some awesome local talent from the Clarence Head Longboarders and surrounding clubs.

This event will be held at Turners Beach from June 12-14.

Our next club round at Turners Beach is on June 20.
