Upgrade of the Brooms Head water main is in progress and will replace the existing water main from Sheehans Lane to the Brooms Head reservoir.
The replacement of approximately 13km of water main and will take place over the next 3-5 years.

It is aimed to complete the installation up to Gulmarrad Public School by the end of 2023 this year. Works around the school will be completed during school holidays.
During construction, there will be traffic control in place and on-site staff to assist with property access. Affected residents have been notified via letter drop. We will continue to update residents as the work progresses.
