Bluff Point Quilters donate to Lawrence Museum

The Bluff Point Quilters amazed the community with their exhibition at the Lawrence Museum in October this year.

Even more amazing, they raised over $4,000, which they have generously donated to the Lawrence Museum for operational and maintenance costs.

Quilter Rae Harrison was delighted with the result. “We have been holding quilt exhibitions for almost 20 years, and this year was our best ever”.

The Lawrence Historical Society owns and operates Lawrence Museum, and as such is responsible for all costs, including rates and insurance. On behalf of the members, Vice President Roz Jones thanked the Bluff Point Quilters for organising a wonderful quilt exhibition and their generous support of the Museum.”
