Kudos to Prue Leggoe for her letter “We will be there for them” (CVI 1/11/23).

It’s hard not to be disillusioned (although through experience, unsurprised) by the referendum.

But it’s inspiring to see people “poke their head above the parapet” and poignantly express a sentiment not shared, unfortunately, by the majority.

Well said Prue!

Fortunately, there are many others out there that share your belief. (A special mention to Ted Strong letters – not only compassionate, well thought out and also witty).

As for Kevin Hogan – “Here for us”.

Really? 

Well not all of us it seems.
