Survey for bushfire affected farmers

NSW Farmers is seeking feedback from primary producers in areas affected by the 2019/2020 summer bushfires.

NSW Farmers President James Jackson said the Association invites all farmers affected by the bushfires to complete the survey to help build a comprehensive understanding of the damage and financial impacts of the fires on farm businesses since late last year.

“As farmers progress further into the repair and recovery processes, the extent of the damage and the recovery costs bill be more apparent and it is important that government understands the significant costs, impacts and repair challenges,” Mr Jackson said.

“The survey results will help inform NSW Farmers’ policy, so we hope to receive as much feedback from primary producers as possible.”

“The information will strengthen our advocacy for rebuilding after the bushfires.”

All information will be aggregated and no personal details will be reported from this survey.
