Red Rock Corindi Surf Lifesaving Club needed new facilities at their club. They wanted to upgrade the outdoor area, provide disability access, install air-conditioning, and lay new flooring.
Federal Member for Page Kevin Hogan said he secured nearly $15,000 to assist with this project.
“It is great to see these new facilities open for use,” Mr Hogan said.
“There is a lot of skills training completed in the clubhouse, so it is important the environment is comfortable for members.”
“This will also allow more people in the community to use the area and become involved in the life of the club.”
“Red Rock and Corindi are small communities and pride themselves on being inclusive.”
