Clarence Valley Council is proposing to permanently close part of the Sunart Street Maclean, road reserve adjoining Lot 36 DP 793103 and Lot 10 DP. 1072077 and is seeking community feedback on the proposal.

Once the road is permanently closed, council plans to sell the land to the respective adjoining landholders.

Council is inviting submissions from the public concerning the proposed road closure.

Under the provisions of the Government information (Public Access) Act 2009, such submissions may be referred to third parties for consideration.
