This is the moment you have all been waiting for; LOCKDOWN is over, and we can get on with the serious business of catching up with our friends again. Nothing but clear skies, fun, laughter, good food and friendship.

I am sitting here with fingers poised (not pen), waiting for the final yay or nay from the Bowling Club before I can put this to print. I reckon we could even enjoy a plate of mixed sambos like we used to make up at the old RSL Hall. They were good old days. That’s when Beryl was the chief sandwich wizard who spoiled us every week with lovely fresh mouth-watering sandwiches and homemade cakes. OK the verdict is in… IT’S A GO!

That’s right we can get back to what we do best, starting this Friday at 9.30am September 17. We can’t wait to see you all. Don’t be late now.

And, if there is anyone out there wishing to come along and enjoy our Day Club, please know you will be made very welcome indeed. We are just a phone call away, and we can organise the bus to transport you to and from the Club. Just ring Leanne on 0413 101 518.
