A field of 42 hit off in last week’s single Stableford with Glen Brown coming in the winner with 35 points.
Well done Glen. Runner up also with 35 was Graham Millard and in 3rd place after a 5 way countback was Jeannie Doolan with 34 points.
Golf balls went to the other 34s – Graham Cox, Sonia Bonaccorsi, Clem Rhoden and Phil Robinson; Cathy Ayres, John Carlton, Rhoda Pedrana and Kylie Ryan all with 33 points and Chris Forrester the best of the 32s .
Nearest the pins were won by Kylie Ryan on the 2nd and unfortunately, no male player came within cooee of the 2nd; Sonia Bonaccorsi and Steve Mckenzie on the 7th, Gunny Dickinson on the 11th and Graham Cox on the 17th.
For the next few weeks at least we will be using the timed start rather than the shot gun start. This is in line with covid regulations.
Also a reminder that our Week of Golf which was to have been held in mid-July has now been canceled also due to Covid restrictions.
Open Days to be held this month are the Mullumbimby day on July 12 and Ocean Shores on July 22.
