Jean Ward Day is a special day in our bowls calendar.

Jean Ward’s sons Michael & James Ward come up from

Sydney every long weekend in October to commemorate

their mother Jean Ward.

Jean Ward was with our club for many years A very keen and successful bowler.

Michael, James & Gail Ward supply all the prizes which

includes a trophy and wonderful gifts.

Lunch, tea, coffee and cake are also supplied.

We had an added bonus this year, James played bowls with our ladies.

It is a great day, and we always have a good roll up.

A big thank you to the Ward family.
