The Grafton Show is over for 2023 and the ladies of Jacaranda Embroidery Group Inc took out many firsts, seconds and thirds in the various categories including Supreme Champion to Ida Hewitt for her Japanese silk embroidery called Camellias and the quilt that several of our members stitched for a raffle prize in our last exhibition won a first prize for candlewicking.

Being a very community-based group, we enjoy being able to take part in community events like the show. 

If you would like to join us, new members always welcome. We meet at the Joan Muir Community Centre in Turf Street, Grafton on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month between 9.15am and 2pm. Morning tea is provided and if planning to stay for lunch BYO.
