Grafton Probus held its December meeting at the Lawrence Tavern, with a full house of over 40 members present. It was a Christmas lunch meeting and even Santa arrived with gifts for all.
2019 will be a very busy year for us with the five day members’ trip to Warwick and surrounds in March and our 400th meeting in June already being organised.
Probus is a club for retired professional and business people who like to meet others and socialise. We also have day trips, group bookings to local shows and activities such as bridge tours.
On the first Tuesday of each month, a mid-day members’ lunch is held at a local venue. This month it will be at the Grafton Hotel.
Our meetings are held at South Grafton Services Club on the third Thursday of each month at 10am. Anyone interested in joining the club can attend our monthly meeting as a guest. Further information can be obtained from our secretary on 0400 425 160.
