Community participation is the highlight of coastal triathlon and it really was on show at Trial Bay Triathlon on the weekend of February 13-14.

With 350 seniors and over 200 juniors, the Clarence Valley club showed why we are the current North Coast pointscore leaders after three rounds.

Our seniors prevailed with Lindsey Wall the 1st male and Emma McInnes the 2nd female overall.

Great age group results followed with Jason Culton 1st, Nick Obrien and Kim Elvery 2nd, David Lovell, and Rhys Fischer 4th,

Team Adams/Lovell 4th, Tara Lennon and Veronica Barker 5th, David Harrison 6th, Paul Bews 7th, David Wall 8th and Collette Adams 10th.

Junior power was also on show with Zoe Snape 2nd overall/1st F13 in the adult Enticer.

Other junior results saw Angus Ogilvie 1st – M12; Lilly Childs 5th – F10; Willow Bews 5th – F9; Sanne Little 1st and Deja Little 5th – F8; Jimi Lennon 12th – M7 and Harlan Bews 1st – M6.
