Local Land Services would like to inform the landholders and communities in the Maria River, Copmanhurst, Bungawalbin and Richmond Ranges areas that pest animal surveys will be conducted by air from this week.

The aerial thermal imaging surveys will be done by helicopter from Monday 10 October until Monday 24 October (weather permitting).

The aerial surveys will provide data about pest animal populations to inform a range of control methods.
