A blooming good introduction

Emma Pritchard

The six lovely ladies featured on this page, are delighted to officially introduce themselves as the 2021 Jacaranda Queen candidates.

While some of them have had to wait an extra 12 months to commence their highly anticipated and much longed-for jacaranda journey, they are all looking forward to representing the Clarence Valley community and sharing the excitement of their upcoming adventures as they strive to become our next Jacaranda Queen.

They are an incredible and inspiring group of ladies who are determined and focused on being the best ambassadors for our region as they proudly uphold one of Grafton’s most prestigious traditions.

Who will be crowned 2021 Jacaranda Queen on October 30?

Enid McKew is also proud to officially introduce herself to the Clarence Valley community as the 2021 Matron of Honour Elect.

There are also several young ladies who are looking forward to officially introducing themselves as the 2021 Junior Jacaranda Queen candidates.

Please keep a lookout for their smiling faces in an upcoming edition of the Clarence Valley Independent.
