Catch TLC at the Yamba River Markets

Keep an eye out for community radio station TLC 100.3’s presenters at this Sunday’s Yamba River Markets (Sunday September 26), as the station holds its annual supporters drive, which continues into October.

“We want to tell our listeners and supporters about our growing list of presenters and hear from them about their desires for TLC as it brings community radio to the Lower Clarence,” says TLC’s Peter Finucan.

“We can also tell them about the change of frequency from 100.3 to 93.5, which will occur in a month or so after some technical matters are attended to.

“The supporters drive will ask interested listeners to donate $20 (or $10 concession) to TLCFM, to help keep us on air.

“If people can donate more, that would be greatly appreciated.”

Mr Finucan said 20 gift vouchers and/or gifts, “generously made available by local businesses”, are up for grabs for those who make a supporter donation.

“A supporter donation will entitle the giver to be included in a prize draw,” he says.
